Your Acworth Gym is ready for 2012!
Perhaps you didn’t quite reach your goals in 2011. That’s OK. A new year means a fresh start. But don’t just go into the gym and “wing it”. It’s important to come to your Acworth gym with a plan in place, including your nutrition strategies. Here is your game plan:
1. Nutrition – Whether you use Weight Watchers, Low-Carb, Intermittent Fasting, Calorie Cycling, etc., etc., you need to find a plan you can stick with. If you need some help, you can read this post on my blog

But the bottom line is that you need to find something that fits your unique lifestyle. The media claims you need to eat 6 meals a day in order to lose weight, but that is simply not the case. However, if you enjoy prepping for 6 meals a day, then go for it. You must find what works for you. Do one thing better each week. For example, remove the soda and replace that with water or some other zero calorie drink. Take baby steps for long term success.
2. Use Metabolic Resistance Training – By using big, compound movements, you burn more calories both during and after a workout. That is the real “secret” to weight loss.
